Magnesium L-Threonate (Magtein)

Magnesium L-threonate, or Magtein, is a molecule that transports magnesium ACROSS THE BLOOD BRAIN BARRIER!
And it’s transported specifically to the Hippocampus: a complex brain structure embedded deep into the temporal lobe that’s responsible for cognitive function (memory, learning, focus and concentration).
Magnesium plays a huge role in ATP production: energy at the cellular level. Your brain requires around 20% of all the energy your body produces. Without enough energy, your brain suffers tremendously and you experience brain fog, confusion and neuron problems.
